For a space 185sqm to be scanned usually requires 50 - 75 scan points. This equates to 30 - 60 minutes however each property is unique and this is a guide only.

Once the scan is processed you will receive an email document with links to the tour, code to embed on your own website. Links to download photographs and video's from the tour. These links will be active for the duration of your hosting.

Depending on the volume of digital and spatial data acquired the turn around time is 24 - 48hours. However it most cases it is significantly less. Clients that require specific customizations allow additional time to cater to your needs. ie large volumes of Meta Tag entries or lengthy Walkthrough tours.

You are able to purchase .OBJ & .XYZ data sets of your spatial data. The best photographs are available for download along with promotional videos and gifs from within the tour. The tour itself is hosted on the Matterport cloud ecosystem. You are able to link or embed your tour on platforms you manage. Matterport allows the transfer of scanned spaces to other users account. If you own a matterport account the transfer is free.

Whilst the service technician is on site he will discuss your tagging options on-site. Please have ready Tag Names, descriptions and links for the objects in your space to be tagged. Your are more than welcome to provide this via email or in digital format.

The camera does not support download all files captured in the traditinoal sence of a regular digital camera. The Spatial and images collected are are sent to Matterport processed by their proproitory cloud software and automaticly stitched together into a tour. However it is possible to extract any view in 4K HD from within the tour. 1. Open your tour, click share this space 2 tick share this location, and send the link to us

Yes you can cancel at any time you will be provided with a pro-rata refund or credit for the remaining months.

There are 2 optoins available regarding managing spaces; 1. We can transfer your space to your matterport account *A mattorport account is required, You may require a subscription 2. We can add you as a collaborator to the editing platforms used. If you are interested in performing all edits for a space a Scanning Only Service should be selected.

Yes it is possible to include multiple spaces in one tour the selected method will be based on each clients requirements and unique space. 1. Scanning during the golden hour - This scan type would be used when connecting a shed to a single dwelling via a simple scan path. The scan is required to take place in the early morning or evening when Infra Red light from the sun will cause the least interference with alighment issues. 2. Linking tours in the navigation menu - The tour is comprised of multiple tours with links in the navigation menu that jump from space to the next building. You will not be able to walk outside however 360 photography can be included. This scanning method is used for multiple dwellings, campuses, caravan parks, clients that have many buildings to scan. or in the case where alighnment is not successful or a capture could not be performed during the golden hour. *Please submit a quote request if you require multiple buildings in one tour. Note. Request to merge scans - We can submit a request to Matterport to merge scan's from multiple spaces into the one space however the turnaround is 7 - 14days.
